1. Dr. Gary Namie's video tutorial (90 min.). As the national director of the WBI Legislative Campaign, he explains features of the WBI anti-bullying Healthy Workplace Bill, why we need a law, and he reviews the steps of the Guide to Citizen Lobbying in a clear, easy-to-understand, action-oriented way.
He coaches volunteer grassroots advocates in the movement how to find and persuade state lawmakers willing to introduce the bill and move it forward to becoming a state law.
2. View Testimony given at two State Committee hearings: (a) the 2007 Oregon State Senate Commerce Committee with testimony by Dr. G. Namie and nine members of the Oregon Healthy Workplace Advocates group (41 min.) and (b) the 2004 Washington State House Committee on Commerce and Labor by Drs.Namie and Bonnie McAllister. (50 min). What legislators expect to hear.
3. Narrated slide show depicting the major findings from the WBI-Zogby 2007 U.S. Workplace Bullying Survey The survey represents the largest scientific study of bullying in the U.S. Included in the CD-ROM is the 17-page complete print report of the findings.
4. A scrolling text version of History of the U.S. Movement as begun by the Drs. Namie in Benicia, California in 1997, now led by the Workplace Bullying Institute (bullyinginstitute.org) and BullyBusters.org -- the WBI Legislative Campaign

Media Appearances A collection of several national and local TV appearances are included to share with lawmakers and groups that require convincing that Workplace Bullying is a legitimate topic worth endorsing or legislation worth co-sponsoring. The Drs. Namie have made over 650 appearances in broadcast and print interviews since founding the movement. The disc contains interviews from CNBC, NBC, ABC, CNN, Fox, and several local TV stations.
