The Senate Labor Committee (see Chair and member info below)
voted on April 3 to recommend that the measure be PASSED, WITH AMENDMENTS.
The votes were as follows: 3 Ayes: Senators Kanno, Ihara, Slom; and 1 Excused: Senator Taniguchi
The full Senate adopted the Resolution SCR 106 was adopted April 25, 2006.
Resolutions carry no legal obligation.
